| Dennis Houghton the WC of Leigh RAM skilfully delegated the work at the installation meeting. Dennis is over 80 years young and is keeping is strength up for his 50th anniversary in the Mark Degree this coming October. He has already chosen the meal for the evening. | |

| The Lodge was opened by its senior member W Bro Ian Clark RAMGR who welcomed the Representative of the RWPG John Cooper and after conducting the business part of the meeting Ian handed over to WBro Cyril Broome PrRAMGR for the main event of the evening to install Bro Derek Todd as WC for the ensuing year. The DC WBro Walter Lyon PrRAMGR presented Derek to the WC, the usual questions were put to the commander elect and the obligation taken. The ceremony was conducted in Cyril's usual style with warmth and sincerity. | |

| The Representative of the PrPGM John Cooper gave the address to the commander which gave me a night off! After the ceremony in Lodge the Brethren joined the WC at the social board for a very happy & enjoyable evening. |
